Pricing & Commercial Terms
These Pricing Terms form part of the Touch2Sign Terms & Conditions. List prices on the marketing pricing page are indicative; your invoice or order form controls. If a signed order conflicts with these terms, the signed document prevails for that customer.
1. Plans and seats
Plans are charged per organisation. Unlimited seats means authorised users under your organisation may access the service within plan feature limits. Feature gates are as published on the pricing page or order form.
2. Send allowances and overage
- Each plan includes a send allowance per billing period (or per year) as stated for that plan.
- Hard-capped plans: further sends are blocked when the allowance is exhausted.
- Overage plans: sends above allowance are charged at the published overage rate.
- Unused send allowance does not roll forward unless an order form says otherwise.
3. Metered services
Unless covered by prepaid credits or a module allowance, AES, QES, SMS/RCS, and send overage are charged per use at published rates. Metered usage is normally aggregated and billed in arrears.
4. Billing and refunds
Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Taxes may apply based on your billing location.
